Welcome to our unique and tastefully designed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in the heart of the city. Enjoy fast WiFi, comfortable memory foam beds, and smart TVs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. Our apartment is designed with unique and modern furnishings, making it a cozy and stylish space. Additional features include: Bilingual Host Equipped with Heat and Air Conditioning! 3 bedrooms sleep up to 8 people (two queen beds, one full bed, and two twin floor mattresses) Each bedroom features windows that let in natural light, spacious closets with hangers (or shelves), nightstand(s) and lamp(s), unique décor, and cozy space. The master bedroom has a queen bed, small sofa, walk in closet, attached bathroom, and a desk. The second bedroom has a queen bed, sizable closet, a non-attached bathroom, and a great view! The third bedroom is a small room (ideal for kids) with a full sized bed, small rack of shelves, and an attached small bathroom (as pictured). Featuring 3 full bathrooms, we also provide a starter kit of essentials such as: towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryers, bath tissue, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. As the paper towels and bath tissue supply may not be enough for longer stays (we leave about 3 rolls in each bathroom, you may wish to purchase additional paper products to suit your needs. Kitchen appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove & oven with overhead vent hood, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bake ware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, hand towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies. The unit comes with two memberships to the city’s bike-share program (Ecobici), logins can be provided which can be used to take and return bikes from any of the 80+ stations throughout the city. Self-check-In. Access to our home is gained through a secure, keypad entry so no need to worry about flight/travel delays or arriving later than planned for check-in. Easy access to public transit. The unit is on the 4th floor of the building and there are elevators to reach that floor. There are no stairs to get into the lobby of the building where the elevators are. Other Details to Note

There is a parking space available for you on premise in the parking area of the building. The space is shared and requires that you leave the keys to your vehicle in a small lock box in case another resident has to move your car in order to exit, as the cars block each other in. The unit is on the 4th floor of the building with an elevator. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and available to use. Mid-Stay cleaning (with fresh sheets) available for an additional fee of $900 MXN (subject to availability) Parties and Events are prohibited in the home, an event is considered any gathering in which the participants exceed the number of registered guests on the reservation. Additionally, the building's quiet time rule is in effect from 10 pm to 10 am each day. During the building's quiet time, loud music, talking, or other noise making is prohibited. Guests found to be in violation of these two rules will be subject to cancellation of the remainder of their stay with no refund given for unused nights. The third bedroom is very small (as shown in the photos). It contains a full sized bed, small nightstand, and small metallic shelves. The room is ideal for kids or one adult, as it may feel a bit tight for 2 adults. The attached bathroom is also very small, so again it is ideal for kids. Additionally, the third bedroom is accessed through the laundry room, which due to the placement of the washer and dryer is a bit hard to access. If you plan on bringing large bags to the third room you will have to lift them over the washer and dryer. The Air-Conditioning in the unit is two portable air conditioners, one in the master bedroom and one in the second bedroom. It is not frequently very hot in Mexico City, but on especially hot days these machines effectively cool the two rooms mentioned. There are portable fans available for other rooms within the unit. Water: Mexico City is currently facing a water shortage due to historic droughts and aging infrastructure. To prevent a full crisis, the government has implemented water rationing, which affects buildings across the city, including ours. While water service in our building is not constant, we are fortunate to have around 95% uptime, significantly higher than many other buildings. Water is almost always available in the building, though some intermittency can take place. To help navigate this challenge, we provide backup water storage for essential use by way of water bins in the apartment, to aid in the somewhat rare event of intermittency. This is a difficult time for the city, and we appreciate your understanding as we all adapt.

The apartment is a 6 minute walk from Metrobus Station Reforma (Red Line) and a 2 minute walk from Metrobus Station Hamburgo (Line 7), giving you access to one of the world's most efficient and affordable transportation systems. The nearest Metro station is Glorieta de los Insurgentes (pink line), which is a 12 minute walk from the unit. The unit comes with two memberships to the city’s bike-share program (Ecobici), logins can be provided which can be used to take and return bikes from any of the 80+ stations throughout the city.
